Studio 2 is the perfect creative space for producing high-quality content. Designed with creators in mind, it’s ideal for social media content, podcasts, lifestyle shoots, interviews, personal branding, product photography, and promotional videos.
Whether you’re a content creator, influencer, entrepreneur, or business owner, Studio 2 provides a versatile and professional environment to bring your ideas to life. With a clean, modern aesthetic and flexible setup, it’s the perfect backdrop for creating content that stands out and connects with your audience.
Studio Terms & Conditions
– Smoking is not permitted, with the exception of odorless vapes used for photography or video productions.
– Your booking time begins at the scheduled reservation time and ends when you leave the studio. If you arrive late, the lost time cannot be recovered.
– If the studio has not been vacated 10 minutes after the scheduled end time, an additional 30 minutes will automatically be charged.
– The time you book includes the entire production process, including setting up and packing away your equipment, makeup, wardrobe changes, cleaning up, and leaving the studio in the same condition in which it was found. Please ensure all studio equipment is switched off, returned to its proper place, and that you have not left behind any personal belongings.
– If personal items are left behind and found by our team, they will be kept for a maximum of 7 days for collection.
– All equipment and materials provided by the studio must be handled with care and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
– Any damage to, loss of, or theft of studio equipment or materials is the sole responsibility of the client. All repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage or loss must be covered by the client.
– Please help keep our paper backdrops and Cyclorama clean and free from tears. This helps us maintain the quality of the studio and saves you time during post-production editing.
– All ages are allowed in the space
– Furniture and decorations may be moved
– You are permitted to move the Furniture to accommodate your taste but our wall decorations can not be removed.
– Smoke machines are allowed
– Nudity is allowed
– Security cameras and recording devices
– Because the safety of our clients and our studio is Paramount, we have two Security cameras which can be found in the reception and the Storage area,do keep in Mind that no cameras are in main shooting area because your privacy is 100% yours.

Parking description
We have a drop off parking space where you can easily drop off your Equipment or Crew. you can also find different parking spaces on the same street.

Natural light is coming from the side window and can be blocked out if needed

Space is soundproof (55%)
Ambient noise description
Can you hear neighbours?: (only on Sunday because is a church but is very low and your mic can’t pick it up)
Are you on a busy street?: (Our Soundproof block the sound from the street)
Any noise from appliances or AC?: – YES (low) but if you want we can turn it off.

Ground Floor
Equipment loading description
Because we are on the ground floor it is very easy to Load and offload.
Make up and Wardrobe Room are available in studio 1, 2 people can use it at once
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting?
Our Storage Room is off limit.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
We open Monday to Sunday (9:00 to 21:00)
Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Once your reservation has been confirmed, the selected date and time are exclusively reserved for you and your team. This means the studio is no longer available for other clients to book, and a cancellation results in a loss of business for us.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled booking, we are happy to reschedule your session to another available date or time, subject to availability in our booking calendar. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
We welcome well-behaved pets in our studio.

Studio Services and Facilities Included
STUDIO COMFORT – AIR CON & HEATER
For your Studio comfort, kindly reach out to our studio assistant to help you with the studio Air condition/heater if you need to adjust the temperature.
WATER & COFFEE
Complimentary water and coffee are included in your booking.Milk for coffee can be found inside the fridge. If you need help operating the coffee machine or water dispenser, kindly ask the studio assistant.
LIGHTING & EQUIPMENT
3 professional lights/strobes are included in your booking. If you need softboxes,diffusers, additional modifiers, or help adjusting the lighting setup, please speak with the studio assistant.
